Clayton is a licensed building practitioner (LBP). With a background in building, landscape architecture, and engineering, he is the hands-on visionary who loves getting stuck into the build itself. 

Whether it’s solving a tricky design challenge or ensuring every nail is in the right place, Clayton’s dedication to quality is second to none. He’s not just building homes; he’s crafting spaces that clients will love for years to come.

Victoria is an organisational mastermind and brings her sharp project-management skills and deep understanding of what makes a business run like clockwork to Statement Homes. 

With a university honours degree, combined with qualifications in small business and project management, she’s all about making the process smooth and keeping clients in the loop. Her focus on clear communication ensures that every project stays on track and exceeds expectations.
